The bail making pliers have two cylinder sizes of 6mm and 8.5mm.  The cylinders are non graduated and will make perfect loops and consistant jump rings.  They have douple springs which reduces hand fatique and a lapjoint construction.  You can create bails by wrapping connectors, wire, filigree or sheet metal.  Made in Pakistan
