These pliers hae slip resistant matte finish grips, polished steel head, double leaf spring for comfort and boxjoint construction. they come with jaws that are both semi circular and meet along the flat edge.  The width is largest near the pivot and tapers to a point at the tip.  They are typicallyt used to create angled bends in wire, close bead tips, and open and close jumprings and form loops.  Made in Pakistan
